1. About the service

ProposalPro is a software-as-a-service application that helps tradespeople and contractors create professional business proposals using AI. The service is operated by ProposalPro and is available at proposalpro.com and any subdomains thereof.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use ProposalPro. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may use ProposalPro only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive proposals
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or access our systems without authorisation
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation

4. AI-generated content

Proposals generated by ProposalPro are created using Anthropic's Claude AI. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. ProposalPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any generated proposal. We recommend that proposals for high-value or legally complex jobs be reviewed by a qualified professional.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the proposal content you create using ProposalPro. We do not claim any rights over your proposals. ProposalPro and its underlying systems, design, and code remain the property of ProposalPro. You may not reproduce or redistribute the ProposalPro application or its components.

7. Limitation of liability

ProposalPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware.
